The Records and Jokes Behind the Designs
Every design at Adrenalin Od Merch starts with something from our world: a record, a song title, a logo or a joke. Here's what sits behind each one, so you know exactly what you're wearing.
The Wacky Hi-Jinks of Adrenalin O.D. (1984)
Our first album came out in 1984 on our own label, Buy Our Records. Our Wacky Hi-Jinks design spells out the title in hand-drawn letters over four goofy figures in hot pink, with ADRENALIN O.D. in heavy black capitals below.
A.O.D. vs. Godzilla
The first song on that album is "A.O.D. vs. Godzilla". Two designs carry the monster on: vs. Godzilla puts a neon green Godzilla with a yellow atomic blast under the yellow scrawl logo, and A.O.D. Monster shows a black silhouette stomping through a red ring under dripping red letters.
Nixon Era Hardcore
A black-and-white photo of Richard Nixon pointing straight at you, with ADRENALIN above him, O.D. in the corner and NIXON ERA HARDCORE stamped underneath. Deadpan, and very us.
Punk Rock Pork Roll
A New Jersey joke: a red-and-white food label for PUNK ROCK, with the ingredients listed as Paul, Jack, Bruce, & Dave, our classic lineup.
The scrawl logo
The jagged yellow logo heads two more designs: Live Shot, a red duotone photo of us playing, and Vein Head, a spiky-haired cartoon punk in a blue circle.
Find your favourite: every design comes on tees, long sleeves, crewnecks and hoodies, with kids' and youth sizes too.
